HR1, the “For the People Act of 2019” (of the 116th Congress (2019-2020)) is another misnamed democrat attempt at misdirection. The bill is purportedly to secure U.S. Elections making it safe to vote, but it in fact it does the opposite: it makes it easy for democrats to steal elections by various methods. The democrats successfully used a number of measures included in HR1 (like mail-in balloting and ballot harvesting) to steal the 2020 presidential election.
